These Terms govern your use of b0torn (the "Service"), a free, community-run Discord bot and web control panel for Torn City factions. By adding the bot to a server, contributing an API key, or signing in to the control panel at b0torn.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
b0torn helps Torn City factions run ranked wars: it generates war reports and payout figures, tracks member activity and contribution, runs rollcalls, and scouts opponents. It is a hobby project provided free of charge, with no guarantee of availability.
You must meet the minimum age and other requirements of both Discord and Torn to use the Service. You must comply with the Torn rules and the Discord Terms of Service at all times. You are responsible for activity carried out through your Discord or Torn account in connection with the Service.
Some features require a Torn API key. By adding a key you confirm that it is yours (or that you are authorised to provide it) and you grant b0torn permission to use it to read data from the Torn API to provide the Service. Provide Limited keys only. You may remove a key you added at any time, which stops further use of that key.
Web control-panel access is restricted to a faction's Leader, Co-leader, and any faction positions the Leader approves. You agree not to attempt to access or manage a faction you are not authorised for, and not to circumvent the Service's access controls.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Reports, payout figures, activity metrics, and other outputs are estimates generated from Torn API data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You are responsible for verifying any figures before acting on them, including any in-game payments you choose to make.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, b0torn and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including in-game losses, payout disputes, missed wars, data loss, or downtime. The Service is free, and your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
b0torn is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Torn, its owners, or Discord. "Torn" and "Discord" are the property of their respective owners.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict access, at any time — including for misuse or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot and your keys.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
